Award winning passive houses:
Villa Langenkamp - New Minimalism - Denmark
Architects: langenkamp.dk

The cube shaped house with its clean lines is delicately set in the landscape with east-west orientation. It's north-facing area consisting of an entrance area, vestibule, utility room and garage. With the bedrooms and bathrooms to the east and the kitchen , dining room and living room to the west, the floor plan is clearly divided into zones.
The entryway becomes part of the living area, resulting in a particularly effective use of space. The interlinkage of the interior core areas and open spaces has been accomolished successfully: a floor-to-ceiling window opens directly opposite each interior window.
Outstanding attention to details is evident: the kitchen can be separeted by means of sliding, floor-to-ceiling panels, which disappear into the wall when open.
